2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Damascus Fountain reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason.

4. Payments: We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available for local orders.

5. Shipping: We offer local delivery across Kuwait. Estimated delivery time and charges are provided at checkout.

6. International Orders: Currently, international shipping may be arranged upon special request. Any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and product images on our platforms are the property of Damascus Fountain and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

3. Exclusions: Custom orders, sale items, and discounted products are not eligible for return.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
